🧐 As part of the roll-out of a world compliance program, our client, a major international player challenged us to redesign 4 internal guides on « international economic sanctions and export controls » to help employees apply these group rules.
How did we do it?
✅ Identify the users’ pain points and expectations when facing the internal guides in their daily environment
✅ Create a design system with an information structure based on users needs, which allowed users to navigate between the 4 guides seamlessly. The design system also enabled us to leverage the work done on the first guide, to swiftly create the 3 others
✅ Plain Langage to facilitate accessibility and implementation of complex concepts by all employees and stakeholders
✨ The result ? 4 interactive clickable guides that engage users, visualize clearly the countries and practices at risk and provide step-by-step guidance.
