We are very happy to welcome Antoine, our new designer and project manager, who brings his double profile – Sciences Po and design- to the team. amurabi
“Through a better understanding of opaque but key legal concepts that are central to the protection of users’ rights and interests, Legal Design is an important tool for the emancipation and empowerment of users.”
Following a bachelor’s degree in communication obtained at Science Po Paris, Antoine got acquainted with design tools and methodology through his classes and his experiences in an advertizing agency. He then decided to shift toward a double-degree in Innovation and Transformation at Science Po Paris and Strate Design School. Antoine now wants to combine the designer’s tools and vision with an approach to complexity acquired through his studies in social sciences. With this in mind, Legal Design came as an answer to his personal need to use design to translate and make complex processes accessible to all users. To facilitate their work and their daily lives.
We took the opportunity to ask him a few questions about him and his new functions at Amurabi:
What part of the work with the agency do you most look forward to?
“I can’t wait to participate in workshops and work to create engaging and accessible prototypes that meet the needs of end users.”
What surprised you when you arrived at Amurabi?
“I was very surprised by the diversity of clients and projects implemented, as well as the team’s constant focus on analysing efficiently the users’ expectations and rights through the use of design tools and plain language”
What are your goals as part of Amurabi?
“I wish to be a part of the process of democratization of Legal Design. I want to help make legal content more accessible to mainstream audiences. I want to better represent the interests of users and help in protecting their rights more efficiently.”
