They wanted us to create a Create a visual depiction of the full user journey from the bidding process to the life of the contract, once signed Our goal was to put the emphasis on the indispensable collaboration between the client and Geodis, as the key of success of any Supply Chain Outsourcing project.

The process

Further to user workshops and interviews, we worked in depth on the visual representation of value generated by the collaboration between Geodis and their clients. We imagined a cosmology in which the two parties exchange ideas and share values to achieve a successful project. The color gradient symbolizes the value created, which exceeds the sum of the two worlds taken on their own. Leveraging user research and insights, we inserted several persons in the graphic design, underlining the importance of the prospect’s/client’s active participation throughout the project. The spheres evolve through the different stages of transformation, as their color shows.

"How to convey key messages on a GDPR survey to have an impact?"

The Brief

Dalloz, Editions Legislatives and AFJE, in partnership with Data Legal Drive trusted Amurabi to create an impactful content to convey the results of a study on the implementation of the GDPR, one year after its entry into force.

The process

Data visualisation always starts with deeply analyzing the data: what is the most striking, strategic, unusual… Then, visually brainstorming the form it could take to best reflect the meaning. Here, GDPR seemed like a series of mountains to climb, which gave us our starting point for the visualization.

The Results

An eye-catching one-pager, which immediately conveys the key message: companies are working hard to comply, but are hardly half-way through. We also created a dynamic online version, on which you can select the information that is most relevant for you, and which is constantly being updated. "Designing prospects' engagement in complex bidding processes"

The Brief

How to create a solution that highlights reversibility solutions to enable Geodis to improve its success rate at the bidding stage? In long and complex tenders for complete supply chain outsourcing, prospects ask “what if we change our mind? »

The Process

This is precisely the objective of Geodis’ reversibility offer: to reassure prospects at the tender stage, including at the end of the relationship. But how do you communicate these complex messages in a way that is both accurate and engaging? And how to present the key clauses allowing reversibility from a contractual point of view, without putting off prospects? We took up the challenge! User centricity was applied to 200%: we conducted several workshops and numerous interviews in the United States, Latin America and Europe.

The Results

“Form follows function”. To convey the key messages – transparency, regain control and solution orientation – we designed the Geodis ‘inner world’: a dome into which the prospect can enter to find all the answers they need.
